Emma Garcia-Delgado is a psychology student at Florida International University. She is a current ambassador for the Sister Cities of Delray Beach program. Ms. Garcia-Delgado has worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Recreate Life Counseling (2020-2021). Ms. Garcia-Delgado’s most favorable pastimes are reading poetry, training for triathlons, and photography.
