Sofia Fernandez

Sofia Fernandez is a freshman at the University of Florida, majoring in Public Relations on the Pre-Law Track. She is deeply involved in several campus organizations, including Her Campus, PRISM Magazine, and the Florida Undergraduate Law Review. Through these experiences, Sofia is sharpening her writing and research skills, preparing for a future that blends her passion for law and communications.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Sofia is proud of her Cuban and Puerto Rican heritage. She has always had a love for both writing and music. Having played the piano for 13 years and taught herself to play the guitar, Sofia finds peace and joy in music. Above all, Sofia's faith in Jesus is a core part of her identity. She attends Salt Church and Salt Company in Gainesville and is a member of their worship team.

Sofia aspires to use her writing to inspire others and bring positivity into the world. Whether it's through her work in law, communications, or her faith, she is passionate about making a meaningful difference and building relationships with others.
