After several holiday parties revolving around goodies and sweets, I’m sure many, like myself, vowed to make 2013 a healthier year.   By the looks of the crowded gyms on campus, I am not alone in my endeavors to slim down and be more health-conscious.  Luckily, I have Taralynn McNitt’s health and fitness site, Undressed Skeleton, to turn to for motivation and ideas for healthy alternatives.

On her site, you can read the 21-year-old’s remarkable weight loss story, while navigating your way through the various healthy meals that Taralynn eats on a daily basis.  Taralynn outlines exactly what she eats, including recipes and pictures of her grocery lists so it’s easy to imitate the healthy (but delicious) meals she has pictured.  Don’t feel like cooking?  Check out Taralynn’s approved list of  “dining out” foods.

Taralynn also posts her workout regimens with step-by-step instructions, though if you do have any questions, she’s happy to answer them via her Q&A tab.  Sometimes the walk to the gym itself can be awful on those rainy days, but with Taralynn’s “television Tuesday workouts” you can watch Pretty Little Liars while also getting fit!  Whether you’re a “resolutionary” who is just getting into fitness or a seasoned pro, a visit to Undressed Skeleton means you’re one step closer to that beach bod and healthy lifestyle you’ve always wanted!
