So, here are some great workout studios in NYC that are all the rage, but also so much fun! Say goodbye to Palladium’s 80s art deco and hello to something new, right in time for summer!

Yoga To The People

Yoga to the People is a unique yoga studio with the goal of recapturing what we consider to be the essence of yoga… simply put, yoga made available to everyone. Exactly what does “yoga for everyone” mean? We’ve heard from people all over the country that they simply can’t afford to do yoga on a regular basis. Yoga is an amazing form of exercise that helps strengthen, stretch and de-stress the body, and focus and decompress the mind. We want to make it possible for everyone to do yoga regardless of economic limitations. Yoga is meant to help strengthen and stretch your arms and legs, not cost you one!

Rumble

Rumble is here for the people, who put in work and want to have some fun in the process…whether you are searching for a strong body, a mean uppercut, or to find your confidence. Rumble is founded by four entrepreneurs who saw an opening in the group fitness world to shake up stale norms. From their unique backgrounds—hospitality, service, and fitness education—and their shared urban-chic-meets-street POV, comes Rumble. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, but still delivers an incredible and effective workout.

Box + Flow

A 50-minute Box + Flow is a 50-minute workout class that begins with boxing work on a heavy bag to beats by DMX and Nirvana, and then heading to the mat for a juicy yoga sequence flowing fast to Bon Iver and Ella Fitzgerald. This is truly a transformative experience and we can’t recommend this workout enough. Class is barefoot to ensure easy transition from the bags to the mats and it is open to all levels.

Pure Barre

Pure Barre is a collection of 50-minute total body workouts inspired by ballet and pilates. Movements are low impact and isometric to produce results and build muscle endurance. Don’t be surprised if your muscles start shaking – that’s almost a guarantee! You’ll get stronger with each class.
