Effective Dorm-Friendly Workouts for Full-Body

I have compiled three 20 minute body weight workouts that can be done right from your dorm! I designed them in order of easiest to hardest. 

 

4x: :30 seconds per move, :15 seconds rest between each move

  1. Jumping jacks 

  2. Curtsey lunges

  3. High knees

  4. Supermans 

  5. Prairie arm pulses 

  6. Squats

  7. Plank 

  8. 30 seconds rest

 

3x: :45 seconds per move, :15 seconds rest between each move with no rest between rounds 

  1. Lunge to squat 

  2. Plank jacks 

  3. Arm circles 

  4. Pike pushups 

  5. Bicycle crunches 

  6. Swimmers

  7. Mountain climbers 

 

 3x: 1 minute each, :20 seconds rest per round 

  1. Squat jumps 

  2. Burpees 

  3. Clap to pushup  

  4. Plank to low squat

  5. Side plank leg lifts

  6. 180 jump to squat 

  7. Jog in place to sprint (build) 

  8. 10 sec rest
