Happy Spring! I believe that most of us who are up to date with all the TikToks and Instagram Reels have seen that everyone (including me lol) is getting ready for summer by finding new hobbies, working out, eating healthier, etc. Now is the time to achieve the best versions of ourselves, and I’m ready to be your Houston tour guide. There are so many hidden gems around the city to explore, from cozy relaxation spots to the most aesthetic spots; there will definitely be something out here you’ll like.

Whether you’re a Houston native or just in town for a getaway, here are some cool stops you should definitely check out if you’re stepping into your wellness era.

WORKOUT SPOTS

We all know that lately the girlies have really been into Pilates, hot yoga, etc. And we know that besides the trendy aspect of these workouts, they are also very beneficial for your physique and overall health. Getting up and engaging in any type of movement can help you feel like that girl. These kinds of workouts tend to be strength-based, which is amazing for core strength, mobility, and even your mental health (by boosting your mood and reducing stress).

Us Houston girls are lucky – there are so many workout spots that are both trendy and effective around the city!

So, if you’ve been looking for workout spots to try out in Houston, here are some options:

PLACES TO RELAX

After staying on top of our routines, our body and mind deserve to relax! Relaxation is a big part of self-care and wellness: it helps us feel calm and peaceful. It’s important to include these moments of relaxation in our routine since they are meant to help us with sleep, stress, and anxiety.

We need to keep in mind that wellness isn’t only about the workout – it’s also about letting our body rest and recover. What better way to do that than getting facials and massages?

Imagine a successful, sweaty workout session in the morning, then a nice, relaxing cool-down with a facial and massage. That is definitely my dream summer day.

New year, new habits! This 2026 summer is calling to us with new hobbies that are stress-free!

Sometimes we’re so busy with all the things we have going on that we forget to take care of what’s more important, our health, and in this case, our mental health. What better way to put ourselves first than to pick up on new hobbies?

Glowing comes from the inside, so we have to make sure that we’re prioritizing our mental health so all that interior glow overflows to the exterior! Here are some habits you can start implementing in your daily routine:
