At-Home Pilates Has Never Been Easier With These 5 Influencers

I’ve never found satisfaction in working out. I found it boring. But, I have constantly idolized the people that I would scroll past on my Instagram feed who made working out look so easy and almost aesthetic-looking. What stuck out to me the most was that Pilates influencers actually seemed to enjoy working out, and that came as a shock to me. So, I decided to give it a shot.

I started off by attending classes weekly at home with my mom. I appreciated the classes because not only was I exercising, but I was focusing on breathwork and posture and pilates felt very calming for me. It felt like an outlet for me to clear my head and let myself go for an hour.

Fast forward, I am now a college student who constantly needs to have a Pilates class booked or a Pilates workout scheduled between studying, classes, and my social life. The problem? Well, Pilates classes can get expensive (especially for a college girl). Don’t worry, though, I’ve done some digging. I’ve found the best pilates influencers to follow for a good at-home pilates sesh and as sources for just good wellness tips to improve your personal well-being and make you feel good about your body.

So, even if you don’t have the time, or cash, to make it to a Pilates class, you can still leave your workout feeling your best.

SAMI CLARKE

I first found out about Sami Clarke’s FORM program in a promotion on TikTok. FORM is a wellness community that offers everything from at-home mat pilates workouts to recipes to make you feel your best. The program is part of a subscription but I’ll let you in on a little secret. The FORM Instagram has all sorts of wellness tips and pilates workouts and most of the videos are published on YouTube. I am constantly checking her Instagram account for cute self-love quotes or even a new exercise addition to my Pilates routine.

BAILEY BROWN

Bailey Brown started as a fashion influencer and icon. She then used her platform to create her business, Align, an app that offers pilates-based workouts and self-care initiatives that are geared toward women. One program that the app offers really stood out to me: the 28-day Align Your Cycle program. This 28-day pilates program is built to work your body in alignment with your menstrual cycle, aiding in connecting with your body. Bailey has some killer pilates movements that are guaranteed to eventually give you the abs you so desperately want, but she also has recognized the importance of not pushing your body and enhancing your body awareness.

Day 2 • Strength pilates 🤍✨ I have been loving adding 3 lb weights to my pilates workouts and applying the principles of pilates to strength workouts. If you dont have weights use water bottles. Repeat 3x

MADELEINE ABEID

Madeleine is the ultimate big sister to go to for all of your pilates tips and inspo. She swears her life on Pilates and has never had to clickbait people with her YouTube workouts. What’s even better is that she’s a certified Pilates instructor and her Pilates plan is one month of free YouTube videos. Or, for those of you reading this in bed scrolling on TikTok, just hop to the floor and scroll through her TikTok feed.

RAVEN ROSS

Are you a big Love Is Blind fan? Well, you’re in luck because Raven Ross from Season 3 literally teaches Pilates for hotties. Grab a mat and make sure to check out her YouTube and Instagram for her hot girl pilates workouts. If you’re feeling a little skeptical, Raven initially hated Pilates. It wasn’t until one reformer class that she became obsessed and devoted to pilates. She’s talented and engaging and definitely shows that Pilates is worth a shot. She can even help you do Megan Thee Stallion’s Pilates workout at home.

AMANDA BLAUER

In Amanda’s Instagram bio, the first line says, “Bringing you real results with real at-home Pilates.” Amanda recently suffered from a back injury a few years ago and she found Pilates to get her back to her old self and love her body again. There are over 300+ classes and programs on her website and her story shows that pilates truly allows you to do the things you love, not letting any obstacle get in your way.
