Lose the Freshman 15: Top YouTube Workouts For Excuse-Makers

If you’re like me and need to foolproof yourself against excuses not to workout, it’s always good to have a ready-made list of workout videos on hand. If you make excuses not to go to the gym, chances are, you’re going to make excuses not to find the right workout video to do from you room. And by that, I mean you’ll likely get distracted by the internet. No? Just me?

Long story short, I have finally smartened up enough to have a ready-made playlist of YouTube’s best workout videos. They’re all speedy, easy to do in the comfort of your own room and are difficult to talk yourself out of.

Check them out below and enjoy the right along with me!

Tone It Up BIKINI SERIES™. Tone it up is an all-around great channel for some upbeat strength and cardio workouts. This particular series of videos is perfect for the upcoming Bikini Panic season. Are you there yet? I know I am.

POP Pilates. This channel from blogger Blogilates is hands down one of my favorites. Cassey Ho is sweet and motivating, and her workouts always kill. I never quite realize how much work I’m doing until I’m shaking on the floor at the end. The video below is guaranteed to set your thighs on fire.

BodyRock.tv. This video, from the folks over at BodyRock (if you haven’t checked them out, you should) promises to be the Hardest Workout Ever. Do you dare?

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Chances are, you’ve heard of this gem. Though I’ve never accomplished the full 30 days myself, I always manage to roll back around to one of Jillian’s videos on YouTube one way or other. What can I say? The tough love approach works on me.

8 Minutes Abs. An oldie but goodie. Everyone should try this video at least once in their lives.
