During the hustle and bustle of the holidays, many of us may be staring at a plate overflowing with holiday treats, waiting to stuff our faces. After the holidays, many of us may also feel a little bloated and not too sure what to do with all of the extra delights we consumed. With that extra fuel from the holidays, these HIIT workouts are sure to get your blood flowing and heart pumping.

0-2:00 : active workout 1

2:00-4:00 : active workout 2

4:00-5:00: rest

5:00-7:00: active workout 3

7:00-8:00: rest

8:00-10:00 : active workout 4

10:00-11:00 : rest

11:00-13:00: active workout 5

13:00-15:00: active workout 6
