We’ve given our collegiates some difficult workouts to accomplish so far, but this is the most difficult one yet! This workout hits all areas of your body; be prepared to sweat and be sore tomorrow!

What you’ll need: dumbells and a kettlebell

Legs:

60 dumbbell side lunges (alternating)

30 standing outer thigh lifts (each side)

50 laying outer thigh lifts (each side)

50 half bridge side abductions (each side)

50 walking lunges (alternating)

100 calf pulses

100 plie calf raise pulses

50 step kettlebell walk (alternating)

15 inner thigh leg circles (each side)

Butt:

50 squats

2-minute wall sit

50 donkey kicks (each side)

50 fire hydrants (each side)

30 single leg half bridge circles (each side)

50 sumo squats

Abs:

30 scissors (alternating)

50 Russian twists (each side)

20 laying double leg lift

20 reverse crunches

1-minute plank

10 1-2-3 pulse ups

Arms:

40 dumbbell bicep curls alternating

10 push ups

20 tricep kickbacks

30 front raises

40 shoulder press

30 side raises
