While quarantine has made us spend more time at home than ever imagined, a lot of people have taken this time to renvision themselves. Personally, I’ve used this time to hang out with my family before I came to Rollins, and to find ways to stay active. Here are some of my favorite Youtube workouts that I highly recommend for anyone who wants to get a little daily exercise but doesn’t want to overdo it!

Chloe Ting

During the beginning of quarantine, you probably heard about Chloe Ting’s videos. Her videos were the talk of my friend group, and I quickly learned why. In just a couple of days of following her workouts you can easily start to feel better about yourself!

Obe fitness

Out of all of the incredible workout options online, obe is probably my favorite. While it is a subscription service, they do offer the “express” versions on youtube. I love obe because there is a wide variety of options and even after a workout that is just 10 minutes, you can still feel it the next day. I also love the instructors as they come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and truly embody the idea of diversity.

Peloton

While Pelotons and cycling classes in general have been popular for the past couple of years, they really reached their peak when quarantine started last march. This can be harder without a stationary bike, but they have plenty of videos that require zero Peloton equipment, and I can’t recommend it enough!
