Trying to motivate yourself to workout is hard enough. Now factor in the frigid temperatures and the monstrous hill that lies ahead of you to reach the Pete’s gym, and it seems like the odds of you sweating it out are slim to none. Honing in the winter-workout mindset can be a struggle, but we at Her Campus Pitt have compiled eight go-to mantras that help us stay active.
