  •  “I did a good job on my makeup/outfit and don’t want to change.”

  •  “I’m too tired. I have to rest when I can!”
  • “I took the stairs today; I don’t need to work out!”
  •  “I ate pretty healthy today it balances out.”

 

  •  “The gym is going to be too crowded.” (This is said at any time of day ever)
  •  “I should get a head start on that paper.” (But you don’t)
  •  “I already worked out this week/last week/a year ago!”
  • “I just don’t have time” (I say as I open up Netflix)
  • “I don’t want to be sore in the morning I have important things to do.”
  • “I think I have plans. I need to keep a social life, you know?”
  • “I don’t want to be sweaty”

 

  •  “My favorite show is on tonight and I don’t want to watch it online tomorrow.”
  •  “I’ll just go to the gym tomorrow!” (This is said every day)
  •  “I don’t even know if I have workout gear.” (You do, it’s just sitting in your closet)
  •  “I brought the WRONG workout clothes so I can’t sorry.”​
