Do you enjoy cardio? Do you like climbing the StairMaster for 20 minutes or walking into the weight room full of boys who are over obsessed with what they look like? Yeah, me neither.  I do, however, like to take care of my body and stay in shape, but the gym is just not my vibe. I have become a regular at the yoga studio, but sometimes I still want a more intense workout that gets my heart pumping, so I started working out at home using Blogilates.

Blogilates was started by Cassey Ho who is an award-winning fitness instructor from LA.  She created Blogilates which quickly became the #1 female fitness channel on YouTube with over 4 million subscribers (we love a powerful Girlboss).  She got her start when she began fusing pop music with her Pilates routines. Everyone went CRAZY about it and loved how fun it was and how it didn’t feel like you were working out, she called it POP Pilates.  Cassey is also the author of her own book Hot Body Year Round, her own activewear line called POPFLEX and body transformation program PIIT28.

I have used Cassey’s Blogilates on and off in college because she makes working out without a gym so easy.  She uses little to no equipment and all you really need is a mat and some motivation. The workouts I have been loving recently are her Apartment Friendly Series and 6 Week Body Toning Bootcamp.
