Every single person on the planet should absolutely own a weighted blanket. I am obsessed with mine, and use it every night, even when I’m just studying in my dorm room.
Weighted blankets are really helpful when you need to reduce stress or if you suffer from nightmares. Personally, I noticed a difference right away in my comfort and stress levels when I first got my blanket, and the weight really makes you feel cozy and homey. You feel as if you’re being hugged or cuddled by a nice warm blanket. What else can someone ask for!
These blankets are also proven to be beneficial for people with anxiety, depression, processing disorders, ADHD, Restless Leg Syndrome, and a variety of other ailments; talk about cozy and helpful! Even though they’re kind of expensive, weighted blankets are absolutely worth it in my opinion.
