Relieve Stress In 5 Simple Steps

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UWB chapter.

As college students, classes can certainly be stressful at times. It’s important to make time for yourself, and release any stress that is in your life. Here are some helpful tips to get you started:

Start your day with a tall glass of water.

Downward dog yoga position.

Throughout the day, it is important to take breaks, and replenish your energy through meditating.

Something that really allows you to reflect, is keeping a journal.

Every night before bed, write down several positive things that you accomplished.
