Visualize Your 2024 Goals With These Manifestation Journals

New Year’s resolutions have never really worked for me. I find that I create rather unachievable goals for myself, and when I naturally fall short of completing them, I disregard the whole resolution instead of finding a solution to mend it. In 2024, one of my biggest goals for the year (note: not a New Year’s resolution), is to prioritize my overall wellness. This includes my mental and physical health, but also prioritizing wellness practices like manifesting, journaling, and saying daily affirmations.

These things can be hard to keep track of, especially if you’re also a busy college student like me. But, it’s very possible. Enter, the magic of manifestation journals. Journaling is something that I also want to do a lot more in 2024, and what better way to accomplish this than with a manifestation journal?

If you have no idea what a manifestation journal is, let me fill you in. A manifestation journal is like any other journal, but most aren’t just blank pages. These journals typically are filled with prompts, affirmations, and daily check-ins to help keep you organized and grounded on your wellness journey.

Finding a manifestation journal that’s right for you can be difficult because there are so many out there. But, you don’t have to stress about finding one before the new year, because I already did that for you. Here are seven manifestation journals for 2024 to help you achieve your goals, dreams, or anything in between.
