ICYMI, Calm Is Having A *Huge* Black Friday Sale

Black Friday is almost here, and that means one thing: sales, sales, sales. The items you’ve been eying all year have (hopefully) finally dropped to a price you can justify to your wallet. This year, there are sales on everything from fast food chains to higher-end products. Included in all these discounts? The Calm Black Friday sale for 2025 — and it’s live right now.

If you don’t already know, Calm is a mental health app first developed over a decade ago. While it’s mainly known for its meditation and sleep aids, it also includes resources to encourage mindfulness and movement. From breathing exercises to mood trackers, Calm offers a variety of ways to think about and care for your mental health. Unfortunately, their free offerings are pretty limited. In order to get unlimited access to the guided meditations, sleep stories, and music tracks included in the Calm App Library, you need a subscription.

Calm offers a variety of subscription packages throughout the year, including monthly, yearly, and lifetime options. And you can always sign up for the seven-day trial if it’s your first time exploring. But this Black Friday is the best deal you’ll find for Calm’s subscription level, with 50% off a yearly subscription (usually $69.99) and 60% off a lifetime subscription.

Quick brain break, BTW:

For college students, this is kinda a perfect situation. School stress is something we can probably all relate to, and finding the right way to handle it can be hard. This deal might just be worth it. Trouble falling asleep? Calm has something for you. Looking for a new guided meditation? Calm’s got that. Just want some music tracks to play while you guide yourself through meditation or studying? Calm’s got that, too. And the best part of all? 50% off the yearly deal comes out to about $3 a month, which should be enough to calm you all on its own.
