So you drag yourself out of bed and into your workout clothes, and you even manage to trudge outside and actually begin running. You’re pretty proud of yourself for going on this morning run—until you realize that your endurance just isn’t going to get you through that last mile.

With this pyramid running workout, you’ll train your body to go from running hard to running easy at different intervals. Alternating speeds will help you get faster and leaner, and will help you finish your next run with flying colors!
