Working out is difficult. Being able to stay on a cardio machine for over a half hour, being able to do 30 crunches, being able to stay at the gym for over an hour, is difficult! It’s all difficult and for the most part it isn’t fun. It is extremely important that you have the most kick ass playlist to listen to while you’re working out that will motivate you to stay at the gym until you’re actually finished, not just when you want to be finished.
