This workshop is open to all students, and entails creating your own personalized self-care package. There will be a variety of items including succulents, chocolate, stress balls and mindfulness handouts supported by Professor John Stephens. The Laurier Natural Health Society is excited to welcome a local Naturopathic Doctor who will be present to answer questions regarding stress and overall well-being! In addition, tea and energy balls will be available to enjoy. Check out the Facebook event page named “Laurier Natural Health Society” for more details!

Chilling with Dogs

Thankfully, two groups will be organizing Chilling with Dogs events on campus. The more dogs the better! The Kin Kouncil will be hosting Chilling with Dogs in the science atrium on April 4th from 5:00-6:00pm. If you don't get the chance to attend that event, the Waterloo Lutheran Seminary will be hosting Chilling with Dogs on April 13th from 11:00am to 1:00pm. This event will be in the Seminary’s Keffer Memorial Chapel. If you love dogs and are feeling stressed, take this opportunity to show some dogs some lovin’!
