Midterms week is always busy & unpredictable. There will always be good days and bad days, but at the end of the day it is important to remember that grades don’t define you. There is always room to improve & self progression is the greatest achievement in life so learn from your mistakes—that is how you grow as a student & as an individual. You are the most important thing in the world in your life so don’t beat yourself up about a bad test!

Instead, reflect upon your study habits and figure out a better approach to prepare for the next test. Furthermore, ask yourself “did you try your best?” & make sure to identify obstacles which hindered you from understanding how to solve a problem and/or understanding a concept. Reflection is a vital component of self progression and improvement of oneself. Therefore, as midterms season is coming up, I encourage everyone to look to the bright side and just keep in mind that grades don’t define your self worth—you are much more than that! :)
