We all know how stressful midterms can be and self-care during study sessions is always important. But most important is giving yourself time to de-stress after midterms and know that however you did, you did your best. So here are ten things you can do to get the de-stressing party started.

  1. Take a bath with your favorite LUSH bath bomb, like the Goddess bath bomb, because after all the studying, you are a goddess and should be treated like one.
  2. Sit down and catch up on the new season of Outlander or The Bachelor.
  3. Read a good book. Need some reccomendations? Try Such a Fun Age, recommended by Reese Witherspoon!
  4. Get a manicure and pedicure at Refine Nails and Spa. They have two locations on Dexter and 7th Ave.
  5. Volunteer at the Humane Society and play with the dogs.
  6. Take a painting class at CANVAS! Paint and Sip in Fremont.
  7. Check out an exhibit at the Museum of Pop Culture or the Seattle Art Museum.
  8. Go to Pike Place Market and shop!
  9. Ride the Ferris Wheel at pier 57.
  10. Order some well-deserved pizza and tacos.
