Spring Break is coming to an end, and the wait times for the elliptical might be subsiding. But does this mean we are done hitting the gym? Of course not! We are strong collegiettes, and we are the queens of fitness… Right?

March brings much warmer weather and we start welcoming our old friend humidity, so whether you are still hitting the gym daily or you are breaking a sweat by just walking around campus, here are some tips to help you freshen up on-the-go:

Whether it’s in your gym bag or backpack, you need to carry around a travel size bottle of a refresher spray, such as Evian Mineral Water Spray. With just one spray or two, these indispensable mini-helpers will instantly refresh your complexion. To go along with this, I recommend also including a pack of oil-free cleansing wipes, especially if it’s after an intense gym session. My favorite kind is Neutrogena’s Pink Fruit—the smell alone will energize you!

If your hair is a greasy hot mess and you have no way of taking a quick shower, there is a quick solution that might surprise you. Baby powder isn’t just for babies anymore. Using a tiny bit of baby powder, run a brush or your fingers through the greasy areas of your hair and watch as it magically absorbs it away. Before declaring it a success, make sure there are no white particles left in your hair, and you’re good to go!

When refreshing your makeup, try to use the least amount of product possible. Just picture this: it’s a hot day, and you want to continually add layer after layer of makeup. By the end of the day gloops of caked product will form on your face. Sounds attractive? Didn’t think so. I recommend having a concealer at hand and slightly touching up a few key areas throughout the day. One of my favorites is Benefit’s concealer.

I hope these quick tips leave you refreshed and ready for the summer heat! But in the mean time, enjoy the rest of your Spring Break!
