Going to the gym: whether you love it or loath it, you’ve definitely had some of these thoughts before… 

Everyone has really cute gym clothes. I want cute gym clothes… (tries to justify shopping to self) If I buy new gym clothes it will give me more motivation to work out. 

 I’ve totally got this! Just lift from the legs. 

(After 20 minutes on the elliptical) Okay, that’s good.
