Sweet Potato Fries with Guacamole Recipe

What’s better than seasoned sweet potato fries baked in your own oven? Fresh avocado dip to go along with it! Best of all, it’s completely vegan!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • Dash of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Peel and cut sweet potato into traditional french-fry thicknesss (about 1/2 inch)
  2. Toss with olive oil, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, and 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  3. Bake in the oven at 425 F, about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown
  4. Meanwhile, cut your avacado in half and mash it up 
  5. Add in 1/2 tsp seasoned salt and dash of lemon juice
  6. Enjoy your delicious and healthy vegan meal!
