30 Day Fitness Challenge

When it comes to working out, the most I can handle is walking up the six flights of stairs in the parking structure to get to my car. But back in my community college days, my best friend and I used to take various workout classes like bootcamp and yoga. Nowadays I find myself slacking off and realizing I haven’t actually worked out since the summer. I came to this realization a couple days ago when my friend sent me a picture of a 30 day ab and squat challenge she was determined to try out. She urged me to give it shot, and without thinking twice I took her up on the challenge. I included the calendar down below and you can definitely adjust the type of workouts you want to incorporate into your challenge and tailor it to your needs. Just remember that the point of these fitness challenges is not to get #bodygoals but to push yourself to strengthen your body while improving your well-being.
