Superfoods That Will Help You Survive Finals

With finals week in full swing at TCNJ, here is a quick list of the superfoods you should incorporate into your diet before taking those exams!

 

Avocados:

This superfood is packed with vitamins and minerals such as potassium and vitamin K which will boost blood flow to the brain and decreasing blood pressure.

Leafy Vegetables:

Even though most of us despise green, leafy veggies; these vegetables are loaded with iron which are experimentally proven to boost IQs.

Walnuts:

Walnuts are especially great for boosting brain function because they  increase clear and positive thinking.

Dark Chocolate:

This form of chocolate is loaded with antidioxdants and other natural stimulants which immediately increase concentration and focus, while producing endorphins; which elevate your mood to your prime.

Whole Grains:

Whole grains are great food choices overall. Whole grains generally increase blood flow to the brain, which improved brain performance.
