With Halloween only about a week away, it’s time to start making plans! Here are some of the best Halloween activities in Bryan-College Station.

DISCLAIMER: Some events listed are strictly 21+

1. Annual Fall fest and haunted house

Downtown Bryan is hosting HalloweenTown on Oct. 27 from 4pm-7pm. This event is totally free and includes trick-or-treating, a costume contest, and plenty of photo ops!

2. halloween bar crawl(21+)

On Oct. 28 from 4pm-10pm, PubCrawls is embarking on a tour of the top bars in Bryan-College Station. Aside from wicked good drinks, enoy live music, great food, and a costume contest.

3. Bite or Treat

Painting With a Twist will be offering family friendly Halloween themed painting classes on Oct. 28 from 1pm-2:30pm. This event is $28 per person and incudes free instruction, candy, and other Halloween treats. Additionally, attendees are free to bring any other snacks or nonalcoholic beverages.

4. fall festival and trunk or treat

A&M United Methodist is offering up some of the best festivities on Oct. 29 from 4pm-7pm. Enjoy bounce houses, a chili cook off, the chance to win a free bike, and of course, lots of candy.

5. Cops and goblins

Join the first annual Cops and Goblins hosted by College Station PD. This event will be hosted on Halloween Day from 5pm-8pm and no registration is required. Activities inlcude hay rides, trunk-or-treat, and bounce houses.

6. Halloween party and vendor market

Partake in some spooky retail therapy at Kinderhill Brew Lab’s vendor market in Bryan. This event will be going on nearly all afternoon and evening on Oct. 28 and will include live music, drinks, and a costume contest.

7. Haunting in downtown

Looking for something a little bit bloodier? Downtown Bryan is hosting a Halloween themed wrestling competition on Oct. 29 from 6pm-8pm. Hosted by Lions Pride Sports, tickets for this event are anywhere from $20-$50.

8. dive in movie: Halloweentown

Hotel McCoy is hosting a free screening of the Disney Channel classic, Halloweentown. The movie will be shown poolside at 8:30pm and entry is free. Hotel McCoy hosts weekly free events, so check back regularly for more fun options!

9. wicked woods

A twist on the traditional haunted house, Kappa Sigma‘s 5 acre Wicked Woods haunted trail will be open on Oct. 24, 27, 30, and 31 from 8pm-12am. A standard ticket is $12, but if you bring in $10 of canned goods to donate to Brazos Valley Food Bank, admission is free.

10. delusion scream park

This outdoor haunted park features classic spooks with a Texas touch. Enjoy the Longhorn Slaughterhouse, a frightening account of Texas History, or simply skip to the Spooky Trail for some family friendly midway games and entertainment. Tickets start at $10 and shows happen every weekend up to Halloween from 7pm-12am. Please note that costumes are prohibited.
