Everyone is on their journey to be the best version of themselves. Being kind and compassionate to one’s self is important. The constant pressure of social media telling you what to do in your self-journey of loving and accepting yourself can be overwhelming. Here are 5 simple things you can tell yourself every day if you don’t know where to start on the self-love journey.

  • I am valuable and what I say is valuable.
  • I am strong.
  • I am beautiful.

Remember to take it one day at a time with you. Taking the decision to start this journey of living and appreciating yourself demonstrates already how much you love and value yourself.
