This years awards show for Keough might have also been a bittersweet experience as her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, passed away shortly after her final appearance at the 2023 Golden Globe Awards.

The media icon dazzled in a floor-length purple dress at the awards ceremony. Her look seems to be alluding to “The Color Purple“, which she acted in in 1985 and is a producer for the 2023 remake.
Oprah mentioned in an interview that she has been doing purple for “The Color Purple” similar to the “Barbie” cast doing pink for their promotion tour.
The purple ensemble is one of my favorite looks of hers to-date. Purple sure is her color!
Overall, the red carpet this year was one of the most colorful red carpets to date! I would say the celebs have started off 2024 on a fashionable note.
