Pizza is a must-have at every Super Bowl party, but let’s make it healthier by making zucchini pizza bites. Not only are these low-carb, but they’re in small portions so you have room for more delicious snacks to come!
Ingredients (serves two, but feel free to double):
– Two zucchinis
– Four to six tablespoons of tomato or pizza sauce
– One cup of grated mozzarella
– Eight to 10 turkey pepperonis (high in protein and almost half the calories of regular pepperoni)
– Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
– Slice zucchini into half inch rounds
– Top with sauce, cheese and pepperoni
– Bake at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes
– Garnish the top with parsley
– Serve and enjoy!
- Baked Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients (serves about two):
– Half cup of Frank’s red-hot sauce
– One large cauliflower head
– Half teaspoon of garlic powder
– One tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
– One teaspoon of salt
– One tablespoon of olive oil
– Two tablespoons of butter
Buffalo sauce directions:
– Mix together your favorite hot sauce, butter, olive oil, some lemon juice and garlic powder.
Baked cauliflower directions:
– Preheat the oven and line a large baking sheet
– Toss cauliflower florets in Buffalo sauce, then transfer to a baking sheet
– Bake for about 25 minutes
– Serve with your favorite wing dipping sauce and enjoy!

For all you keto fans, this will be your new go-to game day snack. This stuffed mushrooms recipe is not only keto, but low-carb and gluten-free. What more could you ask for?
Ingredients:
– White button mushrooms
– Butter
– Olive oil
– Bacon (pre-cooked)
– Whipped cream cheese
– Shredded parmesan cheese
– Minced garlic cloves
– Ground black pepper
– Sea salt
– Minced fresh chives
– Minced fresh basil
Directions:
– Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
– Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
– Remove stems from clean mushrooms
– Mix melted butter and olive oil
– Brush tops and bottoms of mushrooms with butter olive oil mixture
– In a medium sized bowl, combine chopped bacon, parmesan, cream cheese, minced mushroom stems, garlic, chives, basil, salt and pepper
– Fill the mushrooms caps, allowing them to overflow slightly
– Bake for about 10 minutes
– Serve and enjoy!

How could we forget about all of the mouthwatering desserts? Some might argue dessert is better than the appetizer or main course! Whether you’re on team apps or team dessert, let’s all indulge in delicious desserts, guilt-free!
Ingredients (serves two):
– One-eighth of a cup of crushed almonds
– Three-fourth tablespoons of coconut sugar
– Three-fourth tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
– One-third of a cup Greek yogurt, low-fat, plain
– Three-fourth tablespoons of honey
– Half cup of strawberries and/or raspberries freshly chopped
Directions:
– Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners
– In a small bowl, mix together crushed almonds, coconut sugar and coconut oil
– Place a small amount of mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup
– In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt and honey
– Spoon two tablespoons into each muffin cup, covering the crust
– Top with fresh chopped berries
– Freeze for about six hours
– Once frozen, allow to set at room temperature for about 10 minutes
