It’s important to take care of your body physically and mentally. Self care is a great way to stay healthy. Here are some self care tips that you should try.

Eating a Healthy Meal- It’s important to eat healthy foods. You should try to eat breakfast everyday and make a pre-made meal for lunch. Eating fast foods or treats once in a while is fine, but home cooked meals are the way to go. Eating the right kinds of food will make you feel better.

Relaxing- Everyone gets stressed when it comes to work or school. If you are working or studying, try to take a break once in a while. I like to take breaks when I’m doing homework. You can exercise, meditate, spend time with family and friends, or whatever makes you happy.

Getting Enough Sleep- When you are studying late, you might lose sleep. Try sleeping 6-8 hours or try to take a small nap before starting your homework. Sleeping also makes you feel better and it gives you energy.

Thinking Positive- If you’re feeling down, try to have positive energy. You are beautiful the way you are and remember that you can anything you set your mind to. Good self esteem can help you with your day.

It’s alright if you’re not the healthiest person. These tips can help you feel better inside and out. Hope you try these self care tips to improve your health.
