Just type your request in the search bar and the algorithm gods will hand you a video.
I can always trust that I’ll find a yoga video that’s the right length, speed and style to help my body thrive. There are plenty of certified yoga instructors that are so generously sharing their teachings for free so strangers on the internet can practice yoga in the privacy of their living rooms.
