One of my absolute favorite things to do is cook and bake. Whether I’m making cookies for a friend or a simple salad for myself, I love finding new recipes and trying them out. That being said, I tend to get stuck in a rut when it comes to inspiration for new meals every once in a while. In comes Pinterest, the BEST solution to any lack of creativity. I’ve searched the site and compiled a list of seven new recipe ideas to get you back in the kitchen. Enjoy!

Lemon Blackberry Cake

Chances are you have a lot of time on your hands, what better way to spend a day than baking an entire layer cake from scratch? This cake is one of my favorites, it is perfect for spring and summer. Plus, you can have fun decorating!

Matcha Green Tea Brownies

If you’re anything like me, matcha is a staple for you. I’m obsessed with matcha lattes, but adding the tea to any baked good is a game-changer. There are endless matcha recipes out there, but these brownies are a step above the rest.

Coffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Everyone loves a classic chocolate chip cookie, but this recipe adds coffee to the mix. YUM! What better combo than coffee and chocolate is there?

Parpadelle al Limone

Pasta will always be one of my favorite foods, but choosing a specific pasta dish to make can be very difficult. Lemon pasta is one of my favorites because it can be light but still packs a punch! Bonus points if you make your pasta from scratch!

Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti

This twice-baked Italian cookie is the perfect thing to grab in the morning with a hot cup of coffee. This recipe combines chocolate and pistachio to make some of the best biscotti out there!

Savory Vegetable Pancakes with Poached Eggs

Want to switch up your breakfast game but don’t want something sweet? Try these savory pancakes– a unique, but delicious, twist to begin your day!

Vanilla Cream Filled Doughnuts

One of my all-time favorite sweets is a good doughnut, now’s the time to try your hand at making your own. You could even get creative with it and switch up the fillings!

I’ve only scratched the surface of new recipes, now get into the kitchen and get cooking!
