10 Vegan Snacks for On-The-Go

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Hofstra chapter.

Everyone is trying to cut down on their consumption of animal products, whether you’re trying to become completely vegan or just make small adjustments to your diet. Either way, it can be tough to find some easy vegan snacks for your on-the-go schedule, especially when you’re in college. To make your road to veganism easier, I have made a list of yummy vegan snacks, separated by whether they’re healthy or unhealthy. Happy eating!

I know what you’re thinking: How can potato chips be healthy? Well, these chips are kettle-cooked in avocado oil, which has monounsaturated fat (the good kind of fat!), making it a much healthier vegan alternative to the classic potato chips.

Unhealthy Vegan Snacks

1. Oreos

Whhaaaaat? Oreos are vegan? You’re darn right they are, and I know this just made your day. Raw vegans will not appreciate these because they are processed but hey, we’re trying here.
