New year, new me, right? Did you make a New Year’s promise to start exercising more this year? You are definitely not the only one. Many people want to exercise more in order to look better or be thinner. However, I think you should exercise because it actually makes you feel good and is fun. “Fun?!?”, you might be thinking, “Exercise can’t be fun!”. Well, I disagree. In recent years I have stumbled across several YouTube channels that turn exercise into something you’ll actually want to do. Here are a few of my favorites:

  1. emkfit

My absolute favorite YouTube channel on the whole planet! Emkfit makes fun hiit dance videos that will absolutely make you sweat but also smile like an idiot. You can choose from a wide variety of banger playlists, there is definitely something for everyone! My favorites have got to be the Disney hiits, Dua Lipa hiit and Glee hiit. Emkfit only teaches you two dance moves that you will alternate during the song that is playing so you definitely do not need to be coordinated to be able to dance along. The moves are also super fun and train your muscles without you even noticing! You have got to try this channel!

  1. MadFit

MadFit also makes super fun dance workouts! The videos are a bit shorter than emkfit’s but that only means you can change music styles more during one workout. Though MadFit doesn’t teach you the moves before the song like emkfit does but during it, the moves are generally very easy and repeat a lot so you’ll get the hang of it quickly. MadFit has got tons of different, fun playlists for you to try! She also does a lot of more fitnessy arm, leg and ab workouts so definitely feel free to try those out, as well as pilates, yoga and everything else she has on her channel. This channel is super versatile and fun!

  1. POPSUGAR Fitness

POPSUGAR Fitness has got tons of different workouts and I mean TONS. They have boxing, yoga, pilates, workouts with and without weights, hiit workouts, dance workouts… You name it! My favorites are, again, the dance workouts. They are just so much fun, it feels like you are at a party rather than working out! POPSUGAR Fitness’ dance workouts are usually divided by the dance style rather than the music, which is cool. My favorites are probably the latin workouts. I really recommend you try the boxing ones as well if that is of any interest to you, those are also a lot of fun! This channel is massive in how many videos it has but that has not affected the quality of them!

So, here you have a few of my favorite workout channels. I promise you, these channels actually make working out so much fun you’ll really want to do it! Go try them out already today and you’ll see for yourself!
