Dorm Room Workouts: Get Fit with Youtube

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at George Mason University chapter.

At George Mason University, if students aren’t plowing away at their studies or catching up with friends, you can find them working up a sweat. Everyday, I see fellow collegiates running, biking, or heading over to one of the three fully equipped gyms we have on campus.

Even though it’s a great getting out of your dorm to workout, there are amazing workouts that you can do in the privacy of your own dorm room. Over the summer, I discovered really great YouTube accounts devoted to helping others get fit and feel great about themselves. Not only are they a lot of fun, they are FREE. Who doesn’t love that? Check them out!

The trainers, Karena and Katrina, have designed a number of routines to help you look your bikini best, whether you’re actually planning on wearing a swimsuit in the near future or not.
