Getting started on working out can be really hard. I know that when I first started working out all of the equipment looked really daunting so I just stuck to the treadmill. Part of the problem was that I didn’t know where to start. This is a guide to help you! I am going to give you some starting ideas to help you get more comfortable in the gym. Usually I do every set three times. If you don’t know what any of these are you can just look them up and they will show you how to do it!

I normally start with a mile jog on the treadmill.

Glutes:

  • 30 weighted squats
  • 20 seated thrusts
  • 10 lunges
  • 20 hip thrusts
  • 20 fire hydrants
  • 15 rainbow each side
  • Rdls
  • Sumo squats
  • Hypertensions
  • Cable kickbacks

Back:

  • Lat pull downs
  • Barbell rows
  • Dumbbell single arm rows
  • Cable single arm rows

Shoulders:

  • Single arm press
  • Around the worlds
  • Lateral raises
  • Cable upright rows
  • Shoulder press

Core:

  • Dumbbell marches
  • Dumbbell flutters
