Joe Wicks, a YouTube fitness sensation, has recently published his first book called ‘Lean in 15’. My housemate brought this book back to Durham with her after the Christmas holidays and I can’t thank her enough because I’ve taken full advatnage of the more than 100 recipes and numerous workout advice pieces! It’s all very realistic, hearty food, unlike some of the ‘superfood’ recipes out at the minute which get you eating radish, orange segments and chia seeds in every meal (Jamie Oliver, cough cough). But if you fancy a some spicy huevos rancheros for breakfast, an epic build-up bagel with all your favourite fillings for lunch and a good, wholesome chicken and mushroom pie for dinner then this is the cookbook for you. And the best bit about it is that the pictures look really tasty (and I don’t mean the food….) Enjoy!
