Week 8 is that weird time in between midterms and finals when you’re beginning to get pre-stressed about all the work that is due within the next week or two, and the only people who can truly capture these emotions are Mary Berry, Paul Hollywood, and the contestants of The Great British Bake Off.

When you and your BFF can finally make brunch plans outside of cramming at Brownstones.
When one of your professors forgets midterms are over and gives you another test.
When you have to start all your group projects.
When your professor assigns you another paper.
When your motivation is lacking and you’re happy just to turn anything in.
When you realize how close Spring Break is.
When you look at your syllabi and realize all the work that is about to hit you.
Finals may be on the horizon, but so is Spring Break, so go and celebrate week 8 with a binge watching session or two of The Break British Bake Off.
