Due to current circumstances, social distancing is the new normal and for many it can be hard staying in-doors for long periods of time. I hope this list helps a little with that feeling and you find something new to do.

1. Deep Cleaning

It may seem obvious but while doing a deep clean of the house, you’ll get a chance to reorganize, redecorate, and even get rid of stuff you don’t use anymore. Plus, cleaning can be therapeutic and it will make you feel accomplished and overall good when you have a cleaner space.

2. Exercise/Meditation

It’s important to also remember to take care of your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. To do so, there are tons of free videos that you can follow for workouts and meditation practices from home. There are many benefits in these activities such as helping with anxiety, stress and depression. Taking care of yourself will definitely put you in a better mood.

3. Hobbies/Indoor Activities

You could practice old hobbies or find new ones but sometimes it’s hard to think of things to do on the spot so here are a few to help. Try something like: drawing, reading, coloring, painting, daily journal entries, cooking/baking, music, movies, scrapbooking, making jewelry, sculpting, an at home spa day, and gardening to name a few.

I hope you find this useful in finding ways to be productive and occupied.

Remember to stay safe, positive, and healthy!
