“This a Rollie not a stopwatch sh*t don’t ever stop!” I workout to this song every time I’m on the treadmill. Not only does it get my heart pumping and blood flowing,  it helps to zone out and just feel like you can accomplish anything! Make sure you play this one on repeat.

City Girls are the newest rap artists in the game, definitely giving you Trina – F*ck Boy  vibes everytime. The duel team Yung Miami and JT starred in Drake’s song and video for, “In My Feelings”. Their song “Runnin” is upbeat, and to say the least vulgar, but helps you fight through that hard workout.
