305 Fitness is a dance cardio workout with a live DJ! It’s probably the most fun you’ll ever have working out.

It’s for everyone.

When I say it’s for everyone, I mean EVERYONE. From super unfit to super fit, this class challenges you and is easy to follow along at the same time. Once you start dancing, you’ll feel comfortable right away and realize everyone is there just to have a good time and get a good work out in.

You don’t even realize you’re working out!

You might be super intimidated at first, especially if you’re a newbie, but you realize that once you start, you zone in on following along as best as you can instead of looking good! Don’t worry about looking stupid or feeling not as fit as you should be for a 305 class, because it’s all about feeling good and grooving to the music. By the end of it, you won’t even realize that you’ve worked out because it was so fun!

It’s so cute.

The designs around the studio, the decorations, and the merch are all adorable. 305 Fitness is the perfect spot for cute work out selfies and pictures!

It’s so empowering and motivational.

Each class feels like such a safe space. In the studio, you feel like you can do anything. Every instructor and DJ motivates you to feel amazing and it is so empowering to feel good. Even everyone else in the class is so welcoming. Every class gives you this amazing sense of pride. No matter what time or what day of the week it is, a 305 class will make you feel like you’re on top of the world.

It’s a really great, talented, and fun community.

The managers, instructors, and DJ’s are amazing. They really put the most energy out to make you feel your best. Everyone who takes the class is just there to have a good time as well. It’s a totally judgment-free zone. Everyone at 305 Fitness is amazing!

I’ve been an intern at 305 Fitness since the summer and I absolutely love it. As someone who never works out, this class is perfect for me and still even challenging to frequent gym junkies! Trust me when I say once you’ve experienced your first class, you’ll get hooked and want more.
