Instead of running to the gym in an old t-shirt and Soffee shorts from 8th grade, treat yourself to some cute work out gear. If you watch Parks and Recreation, Treat YO self! You deserve it, and wearing bright fun designs will motivate you to work out. I think every girl should have five workout staples. However, I do not believe every item in your workout closet should be expensive (like LuLu Lemon’s 90 dollar yoga pants), you can get great, high quality pieces from other companies too. Keep an open mind, I have found good workout clothes from Old Navy and even Target. Check out my five work-out staple pieces to inspire you to get moving.

1. Under Armour Endure High Impact Sports Bra; $49.99
This sports bra is excellent, not only it is available in all cup sizes but it offers awesome support. You can do any type of physical activity in this bra from jogging to playing tennis.

2. C9 Champion Women’s Cardio Tank; $8.48
This tank is so bright and fun, it will definitely be sure to wake you up on those groggy morning workouts.

3. Old Navy Control Max Capris; $29.94

These are such a good staple piece, you can pair any work out top with these pants.

4. Under Armour Micro G Monza Running Shoe; $89.99
