Tiny Things I Do For Sparks of Joy

These are a few tiny things that make me happy (and they all take less than 3 minutes!). I recommend you identify your own sparks of joy– it’s amazing how these instantly they lift my mood.  

  1. Turning on the fairy lights in my room 
  1. Listening to any song from the Footloose soundtrack 
  1. Putting on chapstick (current favourite: Burt’s Bees) 
  1. Doing a short meditation (I like the Stop Breathe Think app) 
  1. Opening my window 
  1. Chewing gum (always mint!) 
  1. Writing down three things I’m grateful for
