Sophia Hughes is an English major at Temple University and a health staff writer for Her Campus Temple. She acquired two associate degrees from Bucks County Community College; one in Liberal Arts and the other in Health Sciences.
Passionate about nutrition, exercise, mental health, and she loves anything that has to do with healthy living.
In her free time, she write songs and poetry, play the guitar and piano, and love learning languages. She enjoys reading, listening to music, cooking, traveling, and exploring new and familiar places.
