Hailing from Malaysia, Rasmit Singh is pursuing his Masters in Journalism at Dublin City University (DCU) in Ireland. He got inspired to write more for Her Campus after reading about the global nature of the magazine. His article about the Gender Pay Gap in Ireland got published in the January 2026 issue It's A Woman's World. He also hosts radio shows at DCU.
He plans to get involved in sports or business journalism eventually and wants to host a radio show and talk about the Premier League on TV.
When he's not involved in Her Campus, you can find him checking out Dublin. You will probably find him on the dance floor of a club or checking out a museum or finding something new to eat. That is when he's not involved in 7 societies at DCU including this one.
He will happily discuss pop music and romantic comedies with you but also dissect the Premier League on a weekly basis where he supports Manchester United.
