We all know how stressful midterms can be and self-care during study sessions is always important. But most important is giving yourself time to de-stress after midterms and know that however you did, you did your best. So here are ten things you can do to get the de-stressing party started.
- Take a bath with your favorite LUSH bath bomb, like the Goddess bath bomb, because after all the studying, you are a goddess and should be treated like one.
- Sit down and catch up on the new season of Outlander or The Bachelor.
- Read a good book. Need some reccomendations? Try Such a Fun Age, recommended by Reese Witherspoon!
- Get a manicure and pedicure at Refine Nails and Spa. They have two locations on Dexter and 7th Ave.
- Volunteer at the Humane Society and play with the dogs.
- Take a painting class at CANVAS! Paint and Sip in Fremont.
- Check out an exhibit at the Museum of Pop Culture or the Seattle Art Museum.
- Go to Pike Place Market and shop!
- Ride the Ferris Wheel at pier 57.
- Order some well-deserved pizza and tacos.
