Set personal goals for yourself and figure out how you will follow through with them. Meditate, or sit in silence for a bit each day. Take yourself on solo dates and reflect on your life with no to little distractions. Create a routine for yourself, one that does not revolve around screens.

Hang out with friends and try to use your phone as little as possible. Host a game night, have some deep convos, cook meals and explore. There is so much more in life to see than what is on your screen.
